We recognize that you may have questions or concerns about our insurance and billing procedures. Please use the content of this section to learn about our billing process.
Prior to your surgery date, you will be contacted regarding your insurance coverage. A co-insurance or deductible will be collected on the day of your surgery. After surgery, we will file your insurance papers for you. We will ask you to sign an "assignment of benefits" form so that the check comes directly to our billing office. The bill will not include the services of your surgeon or anesthesiologist or any lab or pathology fees. You will be billed separately for these services.
